Alfa Romeo GT 1300 Junior 1971 (K) Yellow
Matching Numbers very clean 1971 RHD 1300 GT Junior single headlight model, with fresh MOT and no advisories, used regularly, everything works, ready to be driven away and enjoyed. Solid body, good paint.
Tidy oil leak free engine bay.£5000 spent on ground up engine and gearbox rebuild around 10,000 miles ago. Fully rebuilt brakes with new servos, lines, discs and calipers stop on the spot.
Rebuilt suspension with new springs, shocks and bushes makes it drive like an Alfa should. Engine pulls like a train for a 1300 and sounds good too (fitted with Alfaholics cams), temperature always in the middle, oil pressure exceptional. Stainless exhaust. Gearbox - no crunches or jumping out of gear anywhere. Interior - had a new set of carpets, generally in good condition.
Body wise it's in fair condition, paint job over 3 years old, no horrors that have come out from what I can see.
Underneath all the suspension mounts are solid and in good condition, floors are good, boot is good, the spare wheel well has been replaced at some point. Do not expect concourse but it's a very solid car.
Overall I'd say it's a fair car which is ready to be used and enjoyed and improved further.
