Fiat 500 D Trasformabile 1964 (Historic Plate) Grey
Description
Built in the Fiat Mirafiori plant in Turin in May 1964 and first registered in Lecce, Southern Italy on 22nd June 1964.
This highly desirable ‘D’ model is the most sort after & collectable model in the classic Nuova 500 range and has the very rare suicide doors, a full length convertible sun roof, and the ‘round’ speedometer’ and is great fun to drive.
This stunning example has just been the subject of a complete ‘nut and bolt’ rebuild to almost ‘concours’ standard by a Fiat specialist in Southern Italy and it is finished in its original colour scheme and specification. It has its original rebuilt 496.5cc Engine with a 4 Speed Manual Gearbox, all its original fittings, re-trimmed interior, new ‘fold-back’ sun roof, new Chrome fittings and many more new components, plus it has its original Italian Registration Book.
This car is truly exceptional throughout and is certainly one of the best examples of this model currently for sale.
It has just been MOT'd and we are in the process registering the car here in the UK. Upon sale, it will come with our own customer care package including a 6 Month Mechanical Warranty.
Car on display @ our showrooms in Mortlake, SW London.
