Ford 2+2 Fastback 1965 (Historic Plate) Red
4.7 litre V8 engine, with a 4 barrel carburettor (A-Code spec), and a 3 speed Automatic Transmission.
Imported to the UK in 2002 by a USAF serviceman, the car spent its previous years in Texas. The tyres are in great condition and sit on original Steel & Chrome 'Pony' wheels.
The car is finished in Rangoon Red, not its original colour of Bronze. This is the only non-original aspect of the car. The interior is Palamino. I have added a Sony MiniDisc head unit, and 10x CD multichanger (sounds great).
The car is also fitted with a Thatcham Cat 1 immobiliser.
This car is a numbers matching, unmolested example, increasingly hard to come across these days. It?s also a solid runner, there is nothing that needs work. Comes with many documents and bills to illustrate the history of the car. Also comeswith some spare parts as well as a new Export Brace and Monte Carlo Bar.
The car comes with a fitted weatherproof cover designed specifically for this model. The cover comes with a secure lock for added peace of mind.
