MG B Roadster 1976 (P) Blue
This MGB started life as an MGB GT and was built in late 1975 and first registered on 13th January 1976. It was then used as a donor car for a complete photographic nut and bolt rebuild using a British Leyland Heritage Body-Shell which commenced in 1996 and was finally completed in 2004.
It is finished in Atlantis Blue with Grey Leather Sports Seats and Grey trim, Grey carpets, Burr Walnut Dashboard and Centre Consul, matching Wooden Mota-Lita Steering Wheel, Blue Mohair Soft Top, Blue mohair hood Cover, Classic Radio with Bluetooth, its original and rebuilt 1800cc Engine, Overdrive Gearbox, new Rear Axle, new Wiring Looms, new Chrome fittings including a Chrome Bumper conversion, and sitting on new Mini-Lite style Alloy Wheels with Toyo 185/70 R14 tyres.
Almost everything on this car was either replaced or reconditioned during the rebuild and the history file includes a 5" thick ring binder full of receipts for all the new parts obtained, works carried out during and since, all the photographs of the rebuild from start to finish, MOT certificates and ownership history.
It has only had 2 owners since the rebuild and has now covered 14,120 miles since completion in 2004. It is clear on all HPi registers and comes with a full MOT history since and was last MOT'd on 24th March 2021.
This car is still in exceptional condition throughout as you can see from our photographs and it really does drive superbly.
Upon sale it will come with our own 55 point checkover including a pre-sales service and will come with a 6 Month Mechanical warranty which can be upgraded and extended if required.
