    Description

    Envisioned as a luxury sports car the Triumph Stag was designed by Giovanni Michelotti and launched by Triumph in 1970 to compete directly with the Mercedes-Benz SL models and 25,877 cars were produced until its demise in 1977.
    Supplied new on 12th August 1977 by Dunham & Haines Ltd of Luton Bedfordshire this lovely Stag is finished in Leyland White with Black Vinyl trim, Black Mohair Soft Top, Factory Hard Top, original Triumph 3.0 V8 Engine, Automatic Gearbox, Electric Windows, Power Steering and its original Alloy Wheels.

    Ostensibly a One Owner car as it was first registered in the current owner's Company in 1977 and then in to his name in 1978. It has only covered a genuine 59,200 miles from new and comes with all of its original documentation and Handbooks etc. plus a huge history file with receipts and invoices for work carried out over the years including a Cylinder Head Overhaul + modified Head Gaskets, uprated Radiator etc., Body restoration in 2003/4 and lots more.

    The car is in lovely condition and is a real joy to drive.
